No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer at customer's own expense. An RMA number is valid 14days from issued date and 100% complete with ALL original box(es) and packaging materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer's box(es), manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer..

We offer our Retail Customer's (note 1) 14 business days money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your item because a fault, you can return it for a full refund. (Note 1: The term retail customer is defined as a customer acting as an individual and not buying as a company / business or on behalf of a company / business.) Business customers with mis-purchased products can benefit from our 7 day return for refund policy. After 7 days business customers will be issued a credit note when returning a product mis-purchased. Products deemed to be faulty will be repaired or replaced.
When returning non faulty goods a re-stocking fee of 20% will be levied to cover the cost of repackaging, replacing missing items and preparing the goods for resale. In cases where products have been supplied with consumables (such as printer inks and recordable media), all used consumables will be charged for at the standard list price. In addition it should be noted that if you order by Credit Card and return your item, your refund will be less 3.5% of the total transaction fee. This is to cover the Credit Card charge that Visa and MasterCard charges us. If you wish to return a product, please e-mail us with the following details and wait for a reply before shipping your back product to us. Some restrictions may apply but we will notify you.

    Please make sure to go over your information carefully before submitting your return to us.
    Make sure you receive e-mail confirmation from us before sending back the product. Goods returned without an authorized RMA number will not be refunded. All requests for return authorization must be made within the first year of the warranty period. Product(s) authorized for return must be returned with all original packaging, manuals and accessories in good condition. All returns must be received within 10 days of receiving e-mail confirmation from Late or incomplete returns may be subject to refusal. The 10 day period will NOT be extended or reassigned. If merchandise arrives damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for to file a claim. Keep the merchandise, the original box and original packing, and notify immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection. If you do not notify of all damaged goods within the first 3 days of arrival, our normal return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.

Expected turn-around-time for all exchanges is 30 days. Although will strive to process claims within 4-5 business days, shortage of inventory, overload or other special circumstances might delay the process.

For replacements, ships back to the Customer via UPS in the EU countries. For Non-EU countries, customer pays for shipping both ways.

All claims for shortage, manufacturer's defects, or shipment error must be made within the first 3 days of arrival.

RMA number must be visible on all return shipments or may be refused and returned back to you. A copy of the invoice must be included in returning package..

Physical damage will void all warranty

Under no condition will cross-ship any item. reserves the right to swap with the equivalent product for all replacements and exchanges in the event is in unable situation to supply with the same products.
